I&D Automated Retail LLC
Innovative Unattended Retail Solutions That Elevate Your Customer Experience
About I&D Automated Retail LLC
I&D Automated Retail LLC is a veteran-owned business bringing modern unattended retail to the places people work, live, and gather. Led by Ivan Hill, Managing Member and U.S. Navy veteran with 20 years of service, we install and manage smart coolers, micro-markets, and vending solutions for commercial, residential, and government locations in Charles County and Prince George’s County, Maryland, and King George County, Virginia.
Our goal is simple: give your customers, employees, or residents a convenient, reliable way to get what they need, while we handle the inventory, restocking, and maintenance. Two decades in the Navy taught us the value of integrity, accountability, and showing up when we say we will. Those values guide how we run every location.
Ready to add unattended retail, or not happy with your current provider? Whether you’re adding vending, a smart cooler, or a micro-market for the first time, or you’re dealing with empty machines, slow service, or unreliable support from your current vendor, reach out. We’ll talk through what you need and let you know honestly whether we’d be a good fit.
Our Services
Smart retail, set up and run for you
We install, stock, and maintain unattended retail at offices, residential communities, and government sites. Every machine is chosen to fit your location: your space, your foot traffic, how your people like to pay, and the cell or Wi-Fi coverage in your building. Machines are placed at no cost to qualifying locations, based on foot traffic and site needs. You get the convenience, and we handle the work.
Automated Vending
Modern machines with tap-to-pay, mobile wallet, and/or cash payment, stocked with a product mix chosen for your site. Built-in cellular connectivity means you don’t need to provide Wi-Fi or run any cabling. We service them on a regular schedule so they’re there when your people need them.
Smart Coolers
Grab, tap, go.
Compact, cashierless coolers that fit lobbies, break rooms, and small spaces. Customers tap a card or phone to open the door, take what they want, and pay automatically. Coolers run on built-in cellular or your Wi-Fi, and in low-signal spots like basements or interior rooms we can add a signal booster to keep them online. We keep them stocked and running.
